A super-connected camera

Our Canon Camera Connect app is quick and easy to use, so you can get on with the important business of being creative. Once linked, your smart device and your EOS R10 maintain an ‘always-on’ Bluetooth^® Low Energy link, so that 2.4GHz Wi-Fi^® can be activated quickly and seamlessly when images need to be transferred. This can happen automatically as you shoot¹, or afterwards as you browse your camera’s memory card from your phone, selecting images as you go.

Once transferred to your phone, images can be edited with your favourite apps (like Canon DPP Express for iOS²), uploaded to social media and or sent to friends and family using a messaging app. It’s a great option when you’re travelling and you want to share your adventures with friends and family back home or your followers on line.

If you’re shooting for social media platforms, try the EOS R10’s vertical video support, which captures upright footage suitable for stories, reels and smartphone screens.

Our image.canon gateway lets you upload photos and movies to on-line cloud storage – straight from the camera using it’s built in Wi-Fi^® or by using your linked smartphone – no computer required. From here, your content can be moved into long-term storage (you’ll get 10GB by default) or another cloud storage platform, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Google Drive³. Your files can also be auto-downloaded to your home PC or Mac computer, so when you sit down at your desk your content is ready for editing.

Vloggers and content creators can use the EOS R10 to live-stream professional looking video directly to their followers on YouTube⁴. Image and sound quality are excellent – just the thing for taking your channel to the next level by growing your audience.

Just connect the camera to a Wi-Fi^® network⁵ and you’ll be able to stream directly to your YouTube channel – no computer required. A Vari-Angle screen swings out from the camera’s body and can be rotated so it’s facing you – ideal for self shooting.
